How long will it take for my order to be fulfilled?
Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days, but may take up to 5 business days to ship. We are a small family business, and we don’t have any robots.
How will my order be shipped? How long will it take to get to my door?
Orders are shipped via USPS priority mail, which depending on your distance from New York City takes anywhere from 2-3 days. Once your package has been put in the hands of our friendly neighborhood mail carrier, we no longer have any control over it. You can track your package via www.usps.com.
Are your products Kosher?
Yes, we are certified kosher under the supervision of the OK, and we are dairy.
Does your facility process any major allergens?
Our facility processes dairy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts and soy.
Do you have any gluten free products?
Sorry, not at this time. That would require an entirely separate baking facility, force us to learn a whole new way to bake, and drive our chef to madness formulating entirely new recipes. And she’s very persnickety…
I never received my package. What do I do?
If the error was on our part (ie. we mis-addressed the package), we will be happy to replace the order. If we shipped via USPS to the address exactly as you provided and the package is lost in transit, we cannot replace your package for free. Please file a claim with USPS.
My package arrived damaged. What do I do?
If the outer packaging is damaged in transit, please file a claim with USPS. We use high quality shipping boxes to prevent damage in transit, and our product packaging extremely durable, so if damage happened it is the fault of USPS and you need to file a claim.
The product arrived open or damaged, but the outer shipping box is intact. What do I do?
Please take a photo of the damaged product and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to replace the damaged product.
I tasted my order and I just don’t like it. Can I return it for a refund?
That never happens. But even if it did, we cannot accept returns. Taste is subjective, and we cannot refund your order if we disagree on taste.
